My Story
I've spent more than 25 years in finance.
On paper, it's been a career most people would be proud of. I've managed institutional portfolios, worked on complex business valuations and forensic accounting cases, helped financial advisors across the country adopt new technology, and spent years studying the markets—from equities and derivatives to futures, foreign exchange, cryptocurrency, and proprietary trading.
Along the way, I earned an MBA in Finance & Derivatives from Columbia Business School and became a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). I had the opportunity to work with incredible organizations, manage significant capital, and solve some of the most challenging financial problems imaginable.
But over time, something became increasingly clear to me. The financial industry has no shortage of smart people. What it often lacks is people who are genuinely invested in helping others succeed. Throughout my career, whether I was managing portfolios, analyzing companies, building valuation models, or coaching traders, I found that the most rewarding part was never the spreadsheets or the numbers.
Eventually, that work led to the creation of Paragon Funded Trader. But along the way, I realized something else. Not everyone who wants a better future wants to become a trader. Some people are incredible communicators. Some love building relationships. Some enjoy introducing others to opportunities that can genuinely change lives. That's why we created our Partner Program. This isn't about recruiting salespeople. It's about building entrepreneurs. People who want to create an additional income stream, develop valuable skills, and build something of their own—without having to quit their current job on day one. When someone joins our team, I don't see them as another number. I see someone who's trusted us with their time, their goals, and their future. That's a responsibility I take seriously.
